Sea Salt invites you to our monthly cooking class with Executive Chef Josh Zeman. This is the second cooking demonstration of the series! Every month our guests have the opportunity to watch a cooking demo with tips and tricks on how to prepare certain food items. This month’s theme is Peru!

On August 17th at noon, the following menu will be showcased:

Peruvian inspired Cooking Demonstration presented by Executive Chef Josh Zeman

Ceviche Mixto
pink shrimp | braised octopus | squid | fresh fish
lime | peruvian spices | corn | aji verde

Lomo Saltado
sautéed steak | onions, tomato & peppers
white rice | crispy potato

$65 per person includes the demonstration, lunch, a glass of wine, tax & gratuity.
