Chef Cooking Demo: Fall Edition

Sea Salt invites its guests to their upcoming cooking class with Executive Chef Josh Zeman on Saturday November 9th at noon. This will be the final event of this year’s cooking demo series. Guests have the opportunity to watch chef Zeman over his shoulders and learn insights on how to prepare certain food items.This time the following menu will be showcased:

Endive Salad
toasted walnuts | breadcrumbs

Ricotta Dumplings
pecorino sardo | white button mushrooms

Cost: $65 per person includes the demonstration, lunch, a glass of Prosecco, tax & gratuity.

The 90-minute class begins at 12 Noon.
