As is popular tradition at the original Sea Salt location in Naples, FL, diners will begin their meal with a selection of breads and a trio of imported salts and extra-virgin olive oil. Dozens of rare salts from around the world will be on display at the restaurant and used in various dishes and cocktails, including Mayan Sun (El Salvador), Pyramid (Bali) and Murray River Pink (Australia).
